1. Could you please start by introducing yourself to our audience here today?
Thanks Andrew, I’m Alex Vu. CSO & Co-Founder of DeHR Project. I’m come from Retailer & Finance for last 15 years working experience. Blockchain from 2017 with me is very interesting. I was a trader, a blockchain savvy. With the belief of BC technology, by end of 2020, I started DeHR with our team. The journey start really exciting 😀

2. What is Project DeHR? Can you simply introduce about DeHR’s operating model for AMA participants to understand?What kind of a team is there building DeHR overall?
DeHR concept is simple with our vision: To build a Decentralized Data Marketplace focus in HR industry
With current data governance, blockchain will be a game changer enhanced the ownership of data
Our belief : Your data, you own it
This is how we define DeHR for a long term
However, every said Dream Big, but do small first
We apply one use case in Recruitment to kick start
One stop destination for Talents & HR services
Except getting the dream job from our quality employers, you keep your earning activated with DeHR application

The team is all of experts in Crypto, Blockchain & sure from business leaders seeing the painpoint of HR industry and how blockchain could help. We meet with the same vision & try to put 200% of what we are having to build DeHR
3. So HR solution, what make you different from other players like LinkedIn?
A lot of people compare us to Linkedin. Yes, we really want to build a Decentralised linkedin with blockchain technology. Moreover, we emphaisze on 2 key benefit of DeHR:
1. No intermediaries, you connect directly to employer
2. Cheaper price for company to hunt Talent
In term of product development, we did an in house benchmarking for the feature & solution that special from the rest

Part 2: The question from GTA to DeHR
- What is DEHR Token utility? how would it capture value within your ecosystem overall? Could you please share your tokenomics in general?
DeHR can solve a full life cycle of a person from student growing to employee & finally they can become a employer or professor. Link to above tokenomics, our users will be Everyone using data for their needs
However, blockchain & crypto is not adopted so we have special user acquisition strategy in the first 1 year in Blockchain, Developers, IT, Digital Marketing who most familiar. I’m working with Kardia Ecosystem included 30 companies which is huge demand for DeHR D-App solved their HR pain points
Then we will step by step expand to the whole Retail, Finance, Banking…where they need us the most with a active Recruitment & Career environment
2. What kind of users and customers will DeHR focus on? what is your user acquisition strategy?
If you play game NFT, you play to earn. That is huge trend right now
With your career, you looking for job, you verify your network, you endose anybody. We call that you are Connecting
So we will introduce a new trend call : Connect to Earn
This is still early to say about the whole campaign, but everything will start from Staking your Resume

3. What do you think about key points DeHR’s marketing activities should focus on?

4. Have you already concluded all the private sales? If so, who’d be your backers/investors for DEHR?
Seed sales complete by end August.
In September, we already filled up 80% of Private sales where :
- 40% is Global Venture & Community who already invest in HR & Business Blockchain, there are some tradditional company who really believe that DeHR will be their headache medicine. DeHR will reveal the Strategic partnership very soon on our main channel
- 30% of total pools are VN Venture & Community which help the educate & promote our Model in a long run
- 20% left will be Business Leaders, Crypto KOLs, Our Global Ambassador who are already create a network to help building DeHR traction
PS round will be end by mid October before we will have a very special Private sales program call Connecting the Talents that offer to individual Investor. Wait for it :)
5. Can you share more about the milestones of the DeHR project? Especially the milestones that everyone is interested in, such as product launch, IDO, etc.

This is the lastest milestone for remaining months of DeHR project
We will have a big campaign call : Connect to Earn release by 1st October when our MVP released

It will Remove Intermediaries / No cost & barrier of Information,
also Direct Connection & Fast access and Verified Data from Job Seekers and Validator.

Question 2: How Do you planning to promote your project in different countries, wherein English is not spoken well? Do you have a local communities for them to better understand your project?
DeHr has partners from around the world. For now, they are Tim Phan DeHR Canada/ America representative,
Eddie Harrison DeHR Representative, and Matthew Collier DeHR APAC representative.
Not stop at that, we will have more partners all around the world in the future. (picture included)
Question 3: How important is the community to DeHR? How can we cooperate and help you develop DeHR more bigger, famous and stronger than ever?
The community is one of the most important with DeHR. How strong the project is in the future, one of the indispensable elements is community. The community could learn how to use DeHR. People can know how DeHR helps into your life and you can share it with other people to make the community bigger and stronger. I hope it will help answer your question..
Question 4: What makes you feel confident about the survival & sustainable success of Your project in the near future?While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?
Like what I said. The community is one of the most important, so we will always listen to the community, to bring the best for everyone. DeHR belief that we are not the first one in the career hub but we are the first one by decentralized. Also, we have learned from other projects from the past to be better in the future. Question 5: Security & User Interface are the Most Important Aspect that Users see on a platform. How has Your Project worked on this? Is Platform suitable for Newbies in the crypto world?
Security is the most important with DeHR. With decentralized, every information will be safe as possible, also DeHR has a pro team to cover if something not good happens. DeHR is built for everyone. It is not only for those who are using crypto. DeHR is simple for users can learn from step to step to know how to use it. (picture included)
Part 4: Community interaction
1. From where you get your project name? What is the main motivation behind your project? do you have any story to share?Is the goal of your project primarily to reach large investors or will you build a global scale of millions of small investors?
DeHR mean Decentralised Human Relationship. We believe that in the near future. DeHR will become a Marketplace where we connect people around the world. We thinking about create a Data Passport for everyone. So you don’t need wallet, credit card or ID. You hold DeHR passport and use in almost every activities in your life. That how connecting is a big thing for us. With that vision, DeHR atract a lot of Investor around the world believe in our vision. DEHR WILL BECOME A DECENTRALISED HUMAN RELATIONSHIP PASSPORT
2. NFT is getting more popular now a days. It looks NFT has bright future. So do you guies have any plan to include NFT to your project?
If you follow our last AMA with Kephi. We did mentioned about the NFT Marketplace. So we believe that everything will become a NFT. With our use case, NFT could be a certification, biologic, DNA, hair of anyone. So data & NFT will be a link connected. DeHR definitely not out of this trend
3. Bear market will not be easy for a new project to survive. We have seen so many projects failed to survive in the bear market, Have you thought about this? What are the plans on surviving on bear market?
Bear season is proving for the project that have strong foundation and use case. We belive we have a strong foundation with our team experieince & spirit. Our product not really affect the Crypto season so we can focus to build amazing thing during the bear season.
4. Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIP so far and upcoming partnerships?
Currently our partnership is Venture, Investor not only put funding in project but more about expertise, their image to build the community & help us with strategic direction of DeHR. Also, we work with many big corporations around the world to offer them trial for DeHR when we launch. That is the big thing that we will share to everyone about our partnership pofolio. It’s truly Connecting Human Relationship 👍
5. Have you being audited ? Have not heard you talk about that security of funds is what every investor craves for and plans to escape incase of insecurity if funds,scams and rug pulls ? How strongly built are your security put in place?
